Shipping

  1. Your items will be ship to you within 24 working hours after your payment is confirmed.
  2. We will send you a message with the tracking number to keep you informed after shipping.
  3. Please provide your complete and correct address including full name and contact phone number for the item to be delivered to you successfully. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. P.O Boxes are not acceptable for express shipping
  4. It normally takes 5-10 business days to the USA/Canada, and if shipped to other countries such as European countries and Australia, it will take a few days longer. The transition time is usually up to the destination, holidays and customs clearance factors.

Warranty

  1. Please contact us to send the defective items back for exchange items must be returned back to us before we can issue a refund or replacement.
  2. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days upon receipt, only replacement is available after that.
  3. Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable. Buyers must pay shipping cost for exchange. We will pay the cost to resend.
